What reporting is included?+
Google Profile and Combined plans include a 7 by 7 map grid for up to 5 tracked search terms per managed location, scheduled every 7 days after setup. Each report shows the search term, area and scan date. Rankings are snapshots, not a guarantee of calls or jobs. Provider delays or connection issues are shown in your dashboard. Google engagement metrics sync daily, with Google reporting delays, and compare with the previous period. Call button clicks are not answered calls. Social captions and website blog drafts are included in Ads and Combined, not Google Profile only.
Do I have to give you my Google password?+
No. You connect with Google's own sign-in and choose which locations we can manage. Google's screen will say TopKnock, the company behind Mad Giant. You can remove access any time from your settings or your Google account.
Will you change my business details?+
Only with your OK, and never your business name, address or main category. Suggested changes, like a better description or missing services, wait for your approval before anything is sent to Google.
Can you guarantee I'll rank first?+
No, and nobody honest can. Rankings depend on distance, reviews, competition and Google itself. We do the work that keeps your profile active and complete, and show your profile engagement so you can see what changes. Weekly map heatmaps are included after setup; they measure specific searches and locations, not every search or your whole market.
What if I already run ads with you?+
Add the Google profile to your plan from Settings, Billing for $100 more a month. It moves you to Ads + Google profile at $399/mo.
I have more than one location. How does that work?+
Each plan with the Google profile includes 1 Google Business Profile location. Each extra location is $49/mo, and you can add or remove locations any time from the Google page in your dashboard.
